• Before removing the micro-catheter from the coil, the coil needs to be flushed with heparin saline  through the end of the coil to moisten the hydrophilic coating on the surface of the micro-catheter,   in order to avoid abrasion of the catheter surface during the withdrawal process

  
  

• Before the micro-catheter is delivered into the body, a syringe should be used to inject  heparin saline into the lumen through the catheter hub to evacuate the air in the lumen and  to avoid thrombosis in the lumen
